Randy Lambert
Owner, Mediator, and Arbitrator
Randy is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, County, and Circuit Mediator and Florida Qualified Court-Appointed Arbitrator with years of experience as a litigator. As a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Randy draws upon extensive experience mediating and arbitrating disputes on behalf of his clients, including individuals, insurers, small businesses, families, and corporations.
Prior to engaging in his mediation and arbitration practice full-time, Randy worked as a trial attorney, handling a broad range of civil disputes, including property claims, personal injury, premises and general liability, construction defect, automobile accidents, and family matters. Randy is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Randy is a former Top 100 civil attorney in Florida, as rated by The National Trial Lawyers. Additionally, he has been recognized by The Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court for his pro bono service.
Prior to entering the legal field, Randy served in the United States Army and is a decorated combat veteran. Randy draws upon his years of military and legal experience to encourage discussion in a confidential and respectful manner, while focusing on durable resolutions for all parties.
Randy holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and obtained his juris doctorate from the Barry University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Kevin is a licensed Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit Civil Mediator, as well as a Florida Qualified Court-Appointed Arbitrator. Drawing on years of litigation experience and an advanced background in tax and business law, Kevin offers a practical, results-oriented approach to resolving disputes efficiently and fairly, without the time and expense of trial.
Kevin brings a balanced perspective to the table. Although he began his legal career at one of Florida's largest insurance litigation firms representing policyholders, he also worked as in house counsel for one of Florida’s largest insurance carriers. During this legal career, he handled a substantial volume of claims and developed a deep, practical understanding of how insureds and insurers evaluate, negotiate, and resolve cases. That experience on both sides gives him a practical, firsthand understanding of how these cases are evaluated and negotiated, which he draws on as a neutral facilitator rather than an advocate for either side.
Kevin also offers a unique combination of credentials. In addition to his Juris Doctor and litigation experience, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Master of Business Administration. This background allows him to quickly grasp the tax consequences and structural nuances of partnership, LLC, corporate, and other business arrangements, so parties can reach resolutions that hold up not just legally, but financially as it pertains to multiple types of business and contractual disputes.
Outside of mediation and legal practice, Kevin enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and daughter, working on cars, and exploring different cultures and languages.
